Hi there!

I’m Jenna, an espresso enthusiast and an upcoming VCU grad with a B.S. in Creative Advertising (Art Direction) and a minor in Marketing Insights — but what really lights me up is social media. Not just in the “I love TikTok” way (even though I do), but in the strategy-meets-visuals-meets-storytelling kind of way.

I’m currently a Social Media Manager at Brand Gloss, a Richmond-based branding agency, where I get to help clients bring their brands to life online. I’ve also worked in graphic design, fitness program management, and retail — which means I’ve worn a lot of hats and know how to connect with all kinds of audiences.

Creating something beautiful and on-brand, and curating a feed that actually makes people stop scrolling is something that I find to be really special. It’s what i love. Helping clients turn their dream Instagram aesthetic into a real, strategic presence? That’s my jam.
